Authors are invited to submit research papers in English to the IEEE conference proceedings letter page two-column format. The IEEE conference proceedings format and author guidelines can be located at: http://computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm, a formatting template is available here. Papers should be 6 pages long. Electronic submission in PDF or PS format is recommended.

Publication

All papers will be peer-reviewed by members of the ICAS-2010 programme committee and selected reviewers based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing, formatting, and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance. The IEEE Computer Society Press will publish Conference Proceedings.
